The Concentration Curl is an isolation exercise for the biceps. The concentration curl works like a regular curl except bracing your arm against your leg gives increased tension on the biceps muscles.
How to Do
- Dumbell in hand, sit with your arms resting against your leg
- Keep your back straight
- Extend your arm towards the ground.
- Briefly pause at the bottom, then curl your arm back up.
- Squeeze at the top
- Do not stop before full extension at the bottom
