How to Do EZ Curl Bar Skull Crushers

  • Lie on your back on a bench and hold the ez curl bar over your chest with straight arms
  • Bend the elbows and lower the dumbbells toward the top of your shoulders
  • Return the ez curl bar to the top by straightening your arms
  • Keep your elbows pointed to the ceiling
  • Allowing the elbows to swing forward or backward
  • Not getting a full arm extension
