How to do Barbell Rows:
Grasp bar with hands shoulder width apart.
Push your hips back and bend forward until your upper body is parallel to the ground, keeping your back straight.
Lower the bar down until your arms are straight, keeping the bar close to your legs.
Pull the bar into your stomach, and repeat movement.
Allowing the back to "round".
