How to do Barbell Rows:

  • Grasp bar with hands shoulder width apart.

  • Push your hips back and bend forward until your upper body is parallel to the ground, keeping your back straight.

  • Lower the bar down until your arms are straight, keeping the bar close to your legs.

  • Pull the bar into your stomach, and repeat movement.

Mistakes

  • Allowing the back to "round".
