The Concentration Curl is an isolation exercise for the biceps. Bracing your arm against your leg increased tension on the biceps muscles.

How to do Concentration Curls:


  • Sit with your arms resting against your leg.

  • Keep your back straigh.

  • Extend your arm towards the ground.

  • Briefly pause at the bottom, then curl your arm back up.

  • Repeat.


  • Not getting a full extension of the arm.
