Sweet Green Smoothie Recipe


This Sweet Green Smoothie recipe will make for a great breakfast that gives you protein, greens and energy!


Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 Cups Unsweetened Almond Milk OR other Non-Dairy Milk

  • 1 Chopped, Frozen Organic Banana

  • 1 1/2 Cups Fresh OR Frozen Broccoli Florets

  • 1 Tsp Ground Cinnamon

  • 2 Tsp of White Chia Seeds

  • *1 Scoop of your favorite Protein Powder (Optional- Protolyte Vanilla Cake Batter was used in this recipe)

  • **OPTIONAL – 1 Tbsp of raw honey OR maple syrup

Directions:

  • Place all ingredients into a high speed blender i.e. Bullet or Ninja

  • Blend for 40 seconds, until smooth

  • ENJOY
