This Sweet Green Smoothie recipe will make for a great breakfast that gives you protein, greens and energy!
1 1/2 Cups Unsweetened Almond Milk OR other Non-Dairy Milk
1 Chopped, Frozen Organic Banana
1 1/2 Cups Fresh OR Frozen Broccoli Florets
1 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
2 Tsp of White Chia Seeds
*1 Scoop of your favorite Protein Powder (Optional- Protolyte Vanilla Cake Batter was used in this recipe)
**OPTIONAL – 1 Tbsp of raw honey OR maple syrup
Place all ingredients into a high speed blender i.e. Bullet or Ninja
Blend for 40 seconds, until smooth
After trying this smoothie recipe, you will never want to go back to just regular old protein shakes!
