Our return policy is pretty generous and we like to think it fits for every customer. Please read all of the options carefully so that any return you need to make is handled properly.
You can return an unopened product for any reason, you can do so within 30 days of it shipping from our location. Simply return the unopened product and your original receipt or packing slip to us and write on the invoice whether you would like an in store credit or refund. All refunds and in store credits will be minus original shipping costs.
Due to the nature of our business, we are unable to accept opened product returns.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately and we will have the item picked up and send out a replacement right away. (If the item is in stock) If the item is currently out of stock or on backorder, we can ship as soon as it comes back into stock, or issue a refund or store credit. (Your choice)
Returning to our Wilkes Barre PA Store:
All of the above applies to our Wilkes Barre store, except you can walk in and return your product, and get a refund, gift card in the amount of purchase or exchange.
Make sure your return is packaged correctly so it is not damaged on its way back to us. We will not accept any returns that were not properly returned to us in good condition. Shipping charges are not refunded for ANY REASON.
