Diuretics - Water Loss

Diuretics and water loss pills are designed to increase the amount of water and salt expelled from the body as urine. Diuretics are commonly used leading up to bodybuilding shows to shed water from the body and give that "tight" look. These can also be used short term to shed a few extra pounds for events where rapid loss of weight is desired.
