This Sweet Green Smoothie recipe will make for a great breakfast that gives you protein, greens and energy!
- 1 1/2 Cups Unsweetened Almond Milk OR other Non-Dairy Milk
- 1 Chopped, Frozen Organic Banana
- 1 1/2 Cups Fresh OR Frozen Broccoli Florets
- 1 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 2 Tsp of White Chia Seeds
- *1 Scoop of your favorite Protein Powder (Optional- Protolyte Vanilla Cake Batter was used in this recipe)
- **OPTIONAL – 1 Tbsp of raw honey OR maple syrup
- Place all ingredients into a high speed blender i.e. Bullet or Ninja
- Blend for 40 seconds, until smooth
